Also keep in mind that this product was only designed for use with Alarm.com. It may not be used with another interactive monitoring platform such as Total Connect 2.0 or Telguard Homecontrol Flex. It should never be used with the Native Skybell app. By linking this device with the Skybell app, it can become permanently incompatible with the Alarm.com service.
